The Impossible Burger contains saturated fat from coconut oil, in a proportion that gives it the same taste, juiciness, and cooking experience as 80/20 ground beef. Saturated fat such as coconut oil is solid at room temperature, but drips and sizzles as the burger cooks. The Impossible Burger should be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet that considers your individual health and nutritional needs, just like any other food.
Our team is always working to make the Impossible Burger more nutritious and delicious. We recently debuted a new Impossible Burger recipe with 40% less saturated fat than our previous recipe.
